Meet Your Instructor

Rebecca Quigley, OLCC
EXECUTIVE COACH AND LEADERSHIP FACILITATOR
Rebecca Quigley is a certified executive coach and dynamic facilitator who partners with leaders and teams to strengthen leadership, build healthier team cultures, and navigate complex organizational challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on decades of experience in corporate consulting, organizational leadership, and executive coaching, she brings a strategic, practical, and deeply human approach to leadership development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and earned her graduate-level certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching (OLCC) from Northwestern University. Rebecca is also certified in Executive Women in Leadership through Cornell University and in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), with more than 250 hours of advanced team coaching training.
A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rebecca dedicates a portion of her coaching practice to supporting underrepresented women and women leading nonprofit organizations.
As the proud parent of three independent school graduates, Rebecca has been deeply involved in school communities in Texas, Washington, D.C., and Chicago. She has served as a parent ambassador, volunteer, and trusted partner to enrollment and school leadership teams, giving her both a professional and personal understanding of the opportunities and pressures facing enrollment leaders today.
