Meet Your Instructor

Rebecca Quigley, OLCC
EXECUTIVE COACH AND LEADERSHIP FACILITATOR
Rebecca Quigley is a certified coach and dynamic facilitator who partners with leaders and teams to unlock their full potential. With a background in corporate consulting and a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, she brings a strategic and empathetic approach to her work. Rebecca specializes in strengths-based coaching for leaders across all organizational levels.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Rebecca earned her graduate-level certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching (OLCC) from Northwestern University, is certified at Cornell University on Executive Women in Leadership, and is certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she dedicates at least 10% of her coaching practice to underrepresented women and women leading non-profits.
As a proud parent of three independent-school graduates, Rebecca has been deeply involved in independent school communities in Texas; Washington, D.C.; and Chicago. She has served as an active parent ambassador, volunteer, and trusted partner to enrollment and school leadership teams.
