| 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Week 1: Defining Your Personal Leadership Vision Every great leader begins with a clear sense of purpose. In this session, participants reflect on their personal values and the kind of leader they aspire to be for themselves and their teams. They will explore how clarity of purpose creates a ripple effect across the school, influencing collaboration, belonging, and family engagement. Each participant will leave with a leadership vision statement that serves as a compass for daily decisions and long-term growth. By articulating what truly matters, leaders align their energy with their highest priorities instead of reacting to every demand. When leaders connect purpose to practice, they bring consistency to their decisions and meaning to their teams’ daily work. This clarity builds confidence, consistency, and authenticity that others can feel and follow. You will leave with: a one-page leadership vision statement and reflection guide.
