| 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Week 3: The Essentials of Leading a Team Enrollment leaders already know how to do the work — the systems, the cycle, the metrics, the deadlines. This session focuses on how to be an effective team leader in that environment. Participants will explore the core behaviors and mindsets that create healthy, motivated, high-performing teams: setting clear direction, creating alignment, establishing shared norms, fostering psychological safety, and balancing individual and collective needs. You will leave with: a clear team leadership framework, practical tools for setting direction and norms, and a blueprint for fostering trust, accountability, and alignment on your team. Grounded in research from: Patrick Lencioni’s The Advantage; Amy Edmondson’s work on psychological safety; and Center for Creative Leadership research on team effectiveness and alignment. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
