Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel.

  • Cancellations made two weeks before the event will receive a 100% refund
  • EMA will not honor cancellation requests made after that time
  • To cancel your registration please notify us in writing at hmundahl@enrollment.org
  • If you’re entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel and will be refunded to your original payment method

Substitution Policy 

You also have the option of transferring your pass to another person if your plans change.

  • You can transfer your own registration—or another that you purchased—by notifying us in writing at hmundahl@enrollment.org
  • One substitution per registration will be allowed at no charge if submitted two weeks before the event
  • After that date, we reserve the right to charge a Service Fee of $50 for each registration that you request our assistance to transfer
  • In order to transfer a registration, you must be able to demonstrate that you are the original registrant or purchaser, or that you are otherwise authorized to make changes to the registration.
