Propelling Heads of School Toward Enrollment Success!

Now in its third year EMA's Heads Institute has a proven track record of propelling heads to enrollment success.

  • You know you need to deliver on your school's mission while staying under budget and balancing the needs of faculty, students, parents, and alumni.
  • But your job is more complex than ever. In the last few years, you've seen seismic shifts in how parents shop for independent schools and what they value.
  • You've also reckoned with an increased awareness of racial injustice and with disruptions caused by COVID-19.

EMA's Heads Institute is here to help!

EMA's Heads Institute will help you learn proven strategies to partner with your board, enrollment leader, and DEI leader to create a more equitable and financially sustainable school.
