With more than two decades of experience in the field of admissions and enrollment, Kristen is the Head of Enrollment Management at Emma Willard School. Kristen is passionate about girls education, having worked in competitive girls boarding schools throughout the United States. She is deeply committed to diversity, educational access, and affirming and amplifying young women’s voices. Kristen also has vast experience in international admissions having traveled to nearly 40 countries to recruit students. Kristen is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, a cohort leader and faculty member with the Association of Independent Admissions Professionals (AISAP), a mentor to new admissions professionals through the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), and has served on the Global Ambassador board with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). In 2018, Kristen received the Enrollment and Admissions Professional Certification (CAEP) which was created in partnership between AISAP and Peabody College.
