Description

Successful leadership involves being able to manage upward, sideways, and from behind.  How we manage up to our school heads and trustees, how we build effective partnerships with other school administrators, and how we develop our teams for future growth and success are equally critical.  This workshop will be highly interactive, including conversations with current enrollment leaders, and will provide participants with concrete action items to take back to their schools.
