We will start by checking the foundation - our internal systems that we control of how we approach admission (our admission systems), and how we communicate with parents (our website).  We will teach you how to get a deep understanding of your processes and how they impact how families see you through a deep audit of your website, admission processes and your systems. 

Participants will walk away with a framework and checklist against which they can assess their internal systems and get started on implementing best practices.
