Cancellation Policy

Things happen. We understand. Here’s how cancellation and refunds work:

You may cancel your registration and E3n will provide a refund of 90% of the registration fee, less a 10% administrative processing fee, if you send a written request to E3n via email to jdavis@e3n.org before August 1.  You may not cancel your registration or request a refund after August 1.

 

You are also solely responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations (including any associated cancellation charges).


These cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel (even if you, unfortunately, need to cancel for personal reasons, weather conditions or other events that are out of your control).


Substitution Policy

You have the option of transferring your pass to another person if your plans change. Passes can be transferred until they are picked up onsite: once a badge is printed it can only be used by the person whose name is on it.

 
You can transfer your own registration - or another that you purchased - by notifying us in writing at jdavis@e3n.org

 
One substitution per registration will be allowed at no charge if submitted two weeks before the event. After that date, we reserve the right to charge a Service Fee of $50 for each registration that you request our assistance to transfer.  In order to transfer a registration, you must be able to demonstrate that you are the original registrant or purchaser, or that you are otherwise authorized to make changes to the registration.

 
Please remember that transferring your registration does not automatically transfer your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for transferring your own hotel and travel reservations.
