Cancellation Policy

Things happen. We understand. Here’s how cancellation and refunds work:

 
  • Cancellations made two weeks before the event will receive a 100% refund. EMA will not honor cancellation requests made after that time.

 

To cancel your registration (and get your refund, if applicable), you will need to notify us in writing at jdavis@enrollment.org.

 

If you’re entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel and will be refunded to your original payment method. These cancellation terms apply regardless of the reason that you cancel (even if you, unfortunately, need to cancel for personal reasons, weather conditions or other events that are out of your control).

 

If applicable, please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

 

Substitution Policy for In-Person Event 

You also have the option of transferring your pass to another person if your plans change. Passes can be transferred until they are picked up onsite: once a badge is printed it can only be used by the person whose name is on it.

 

You can transfer your own registration—or another that you purchased—by notifying us in writing at jdavis@enrollment.org.

 

One substitution per registration will be allowed at no charge if submitted two weeks before the event. After that date, we reserve the right to charge a Service Fee of $50 for each registration that you request our assistance to transfer.  In order to transfer a registration, you must be able to demonstrate that you are the original registrant or purchaser, or that you are otherwise authorized to make changes to the registration.

 

Please remember that transferring your registration does not automatically transfer your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for transferring your own hotel and travel reservations.
