We welcome proposals for 1-hour presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions. Please be specific when describing your session and highlight the focus and outcomes, and ensure the topic caters to the interests of EMA's diverse membership.

Requirements for Accepted Presenters/Speakers:

• All accepted presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the conference by June 30, 2026. We provide a $100 registration discount (at the member or nonmember rate, as applicable) to all accepted presenters.
• All speakers are responsible for their own expenses, including conference registration, lodging and travel.
• The person submitting this proposal is considered the lead speaker of this presentation and is responsible for ensuring that each additional speaker is aware of the conference registration, approved session time and date.
• Vendors and for-profit companies are encouraged to submit a proposal but must collaborate with an EMA member school to present a case study.

Concurrent Session Conference Dates: Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25, 2026.
