Jessica Jennings holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She began her career at The Alexander Dawson School in 2009 as a Program Manager and transitioned to the Admissions team in 2022. In her role, Jessica works closely with the Advancement Team—including Marketing and Communications, Retention, and Development—to drive the success of the school's enrollment initiatives. Furthermore, she is an engaged member of the Independent Schools of Las Vegas People of Color Community. Through her diverse experiences, Jessica has cultivated a deep commitment to fostering a supportive community and ensuring all families feel welcomed and valued.
