Admission professionals at five boarding schools (Blair Academy, Episcopal High School, Mercersburg Academy, The Peddie School, and St. Andrew’s School) have successfully collaborated for 10 years through the Mid-Atlantic Boarding School Group. Come learn how we share ideas and best practices, collaborate and leverage our consortium in recruitment, and create fun, productive and affordable professional development opportunities for our teams. This session will include representatives from MABS schools and will draw upon the work of our Spring 2024 inter-office retreat, which will focus on how to evaluate applicants equitably and comprehensively in a post-pandemic era.
