Jennifer is the Director of Enrollment Management at Pace Academy. Jennifer joined Pace in 2006 and was named director of Admissions after serving as director of Lower School Admissions, director of Financial Aid, associate director of Middle and Upper School Admissions and varsity volleyball coach.

Jennifer enjoys being involved in many areas of school life through her roles as an Upper School faculty member, Middle School volleyball coach, advisor and Pace parent. Beyond Pace, she served on The Enrollment Management Association's Admission Leadership Council (ALC) and has been a mentor in the EMA's Mentorship Initiative.

As director of Enrollment Management, Jennifer feels privileged to open doors for prospective families, those already connected to Pace and those new to independent schools. At Pace, Jennifer is "inspired by our students and faculty every day. They engage, take risks and care for each other, which allows students to explore and excel in an inclusive environment." Jennifer graduated from Butler University with a bachelor's in accounting and a M.B.A. in finance. After graduation, she served as an academic advisor in the Butler University Athletic Department. In 2009, Jennifer was inducted into the Butler University Hall of Fame for her accomplishments in volleyball. Prior to Pace, Jennifer worked at the University of Georgia as an assistant volleyball coach.

Jennifer and her husband, Darren, have a daughter, Britton '26 and a son, Gavin '28. She and Darren are also proud parents of a dog, Thor, from the Atlanta Boxer rescue. She enjoys reading, traveling, exercising, attempting new vegetarian recipes, attending Knights arts and athletic events and cheering on the Dawgs.
