Has your school been thinking about restructuring your office to better meet the demands of the marketplace? Like many schools across the country, Pace Academy moved to a Director of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions model in 2022-23. Using EMA’s Strategic Enrollment Management Spectrum, we reconceptualized the roles and responsibilities of our team leaders to better position our school to achieve our strategic initiatives. We will share our hows and whys, as well as lessons learned after a successful first year of our team’s restructure.
