Kelly West began her career as a Lower School Teacher at The Browning School, where she currently serves as the Director of K-12 Admission. Over the past two decades, Kelly has been the Assistant Director of Lower School Admissions at The Hewitt School, as well as Acting Head of Lower School and Director of Lower School Admission at Browning.
Kelly is a faculty member of the Enrollment Management Association’s Admission Training Institute (ATI), as well as a member of the Independent Schools Admission Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) Board of Trustees, for whom she oversaw member communications as the Coordinator from 2017-2020. Kelly has also served two terms as a Trustee at The West Side Montessori School in New York City.
Kelly received her M.A. from the Steinhardt School of Education at N.Y.U. and a B.A. in psychology from The George Washington University.
