But maybe you don't know where to start, or aren't sure what you have to offer. Let's talk about it! Come to this interactive session to share how you've advanced your leadership at your institution. You'll hear how three senior administrators from The Browning School have used what they've learned as women leaders in an all-boys' school and the ways in which they have cultivated their unique strengths to serve their school and the broader independent school community. We'll brainstorm together about how to move past imposter syndrome, how to make time for optional leadership activities when you've already got a full-time job, and how to know where your contributions will make the most impact.
