Aaron Mullen is Director of Community and Student Life at Cathedral School for Boys and a leader in DEIJB, known for equity-minded, values-based leadership and a systems-thinking approach to institutional change. His work focuses on the development of boys, translating research into practice to design environments that foster connection, emotional awareness, resilience, and belonging.
Aaron partners with educators and families to shift mental models around masculinity and belonging while redesigning the systems, structures, and adult practices that shape student experience. He challenges schools to move beyond surface-level initiatives toward aligned, values-driven cultures that cultivate empathy, accountability, and courage in young people.
