Stephanie Carrillo is the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (K–12) at Crossroads School, and has served on senior administrative teams for over 12 years. With more than 25 years of experience in independent schools, her work focuses on creating inclusive communities, advancing educational equity, and building meaningful connections across difference. She partners with faculty, staff, students, and families to cultivate environments that promote belonging, empathy, and social awareness. Stephanie is passionate about supporting educators in developing practices that center inclusion and strengthen school communities.
