Casey serves as the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, at Parish Episcopal School in Dallas, TX. 

Casey is an independent school leader with more than 20 years of experience across admission, enrollment management, advancement, marketing and communications, college counseling and student support. Previously, she served as a consultant with Independent School Management (ISM), partnering with school leadership teams nationwide to strengthen enrollment strategy, faculty culture, organizational clarity, scheduling and mission alignment. She also served as Director of Enrollment Management at All Saints’ Episcopal School in Fort Worth and Director of Admission and Enrollment Management at Spartanburg Day School. Across her school based roles, Casey is known for building warm, collaborative communities, creating predictable systems that improve communication and trust, and using data to support strong decision making and long term sustainability.

Casey earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
