Lisa Dimant is Associate Director of Admissions for Middle and Upper School at TVT Community Day School, a TK–12 pluralistic Jewish day school in Orange County, California. She partners closely with prospective families through the admissions process, guiding them from initial inquiry through enrollment with a focus on fit, relationship-building, and long-term engagement with the school community. In her role, Lisa supports division-level recruitment strategy, coordinates tours and family outreach, and collaborates with school leadership and Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment between institutional messaging and the Middle and Upper School student experience. She brings a relationship-centered approach to enrollment work and is especially interested in how thoughtful communication and personalized admissions experiences strengthen both recruitment and retention.
