Alesia is an Admission Associate at Princeton Day School, where she brings more than
30 years of experience in independent schools to her work with prospective families and
students. In her current role, she leads family engagement initiatives and oversees Princeton
Day School’s Panther Guide and Student Ambassador Programs. She conducts candidate
interviews, serves on the Upper School Admission Committee, and partners closely with
families throughout every stage of the admission process.
Before joining the Admission Office, Alesia served Princeton Day School in a variety of
leadership and teaching roles, including Head of Lower School, Head of Middle School, and
lower and middle school teacher.
Throughout her career, Alesia has been a thoughtful leader, collaborator, and innovator. She
is an experienced presenter at both regional and national conferences. She has led
workshops on growth mindsets for successful teaching and learning, academic engagement,
executive function strategies, and building collaboration among educators across Pre-K–12
schools.
Alesia lives in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and enjoys traveling, skiing, playing tennis and
golf, and spending time with her large family.
