Katrin Hussmann Schroll is the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management, Integrated Marketing, and Data Analytics at the University of Miami School of Law. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the offices of Admissions and Student Recruitment, Enrollment Management, Law Communications, and the DataHub, and serves as the School of Law's liaison to the University's Office of Student Financial Assistance and Employment, Student Accounts, Canes Central, and International Services. Her work integrates data analytics, marketing communications, and enrollment operations to advance strategic recruitment, yield, and institutional planning.

Dean Schroll is a recognized leader in legal education with deep ties to the profession's most influential organizations. She serves on the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) Board of Trustees and chairs its Product Strategy and Innovation Committee. She is a member of Aspen Publishing's JD-Next Advisory Board and serves on the American Bar Association (ABA) Advisory Group on Data Collection for Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.

Her prior leadership includes service on LSAC’s Schools and Candidates Committee and Misconduct and Irregularities Subcommittee, the Law School Diversity Professionals' Annual Meeting Planning Committee, and the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association.  She is also a former evaluator for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and the Schwarzman Scholars Program.

She previously served as Assistant Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she also worked in the Immigration Law Clinic and taught legal writing and constitutional law at Goucher College.

Dean Schroll is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Florida International University.
