Financial Aid Institute

Tuesday, September 22 (half day), & Wednesday, September 23

A peer-driven learning experience to help you navigate the complex intersection of policy, practice, and professional judgment in financial aid decision-making.

Offered in partnership with NAIS & NBOA

The first-ever Financial Aid Institute, presented in collaboration with NAIS, NBOA, and E3n, offers an immersive two-day learning experience designed specifically for independent school financial aid professionals. Hosted at the E3n Annual Conference, this new institute brings together leading experts, thought partners, and practitioners to explore emerging trends and best practices in financial aid administration.

Participants will engage in both strategic discussions and practical, hands-on sessions tailored to all experience levels—from newcomers to veteran directors. Topics will include data-informed decision-making, equitable aid strategies, family engagement, and innovative financial modeling. Attendees will leave with actionable tools, fresh insights, and a strengthened professional network to support their school communities with confidence and clarity.
