Karen O’Connor-Floman is the Director of Enrollment Management and Strategic Communications at Sheridan School, an independent K-8 school in Washington, DC. 

Karen began her career in independent schools as a founding parent at CommuniKids Language Immersion Preschool, where she served as Director of Admissions and Communications for 6 years. In her 5 years tenure at Grace Episcopal Day School, Karen served as Director of Admission and Assistant Head of School for Enrollment, and was part of the team that introduced the DC region's first flexible tuition program.
