Kevin recently joined The Greenway Institute as the Founding Director of External Engagement. Greenway's mission is to revolutionize higher education with zero student debt, two years of paid work experience, and a guaranteed job upon graduating. Prior to Greenway, Kevin served as Director of Enrollment Planning at Dartmouth College where he oversaw the Bay Area & South America regions and managed the yield strategy process--as well as the rural recruitment initiative. Kevin has also worked with Dartmouth’s Rassias Center for World Languages and Cultures for many years, both as a teacher and advisor, while pursuing his Master's degree at Dartmouth. Before Dartmouth, Kevin spent over two decades as both an educator and administrator in various independent secondary schools. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with international students, families, and consultants both on campus and in his extensive travels–and is serving his third term on the board at Esperanza Academy in Lawrence, MA as well as at his alma mater, the Bancroft School in Worcester, MA. He lives in the Upper Valley with his wife and two sons–where they grow their own vegetables and flowers, cut their own firewood, and make maple syrup!
