With over 20 years in education, Nichole has found her sweet spot in admissions leadership, where her background as a teacher, center director, and strategic community builder comes together. Her career began in early childhood classrooms and evolved into school leadership roles that deepened her understanding of how to support children, families, and educators with care and clarity.
As Director of Admissions and Multicultural Recruitment at La Scuola International School, Nichole blends her expertise in relationship-building and enrollment strategy to ensure families feel seen and supported throughout the admissions process.
Nichole also serves as Vice President of the Bay Area Directors of Admission (BADA) Board, where she collaborates with regional peers to share best practices and foster professional growth across schools. As a founding leader of Private School Village NorCal, she has been instrumental in creating outreach events and strengthening partnerships that center Black and Brown families in independent schools.
Driven by her belief in equitable access and meaningful connection, Nichole continues to shape welcoming school communities rooted in mission, belonging, and opportunity.
