With a wealth of experience that spans over three decades, Patrick’s robust career in the realm of education and leadership, has allowed him to cultivated a diverse skill set and rich expertise in enrollment management. This journey began in 1990 at a summer camp as a counsellor and then as a director for 13 years. Patrick transitioned into academic setting in 2003 at a day school in Toronto with roles as a teacher, Assistant Head of School, and Director of Admissions and Marketing.

While working full time and with a young family, Patrick earned a Master's of Science in Education in 2012. In 2016 he made the switch to boarding school on the East Coast where he was the Head of Enrolment Management. Currently, an Associate Director of Admissions at Lakefield College School, his background as an educator with training in Science and Philosophy have furnished him with an exceptional perspective on students' needs and the multifaceted dynamics of school environments.
