Edwin Núñez, Director of Enrollment Management, is an administrator, educator, recruiter, and leader with a record of managing significant enrollment growth, developing strategic programs, identifying new enrollment sources, and further integrating technology into Admission efforts. Mr. Núñez currently works at the Pingry School, an independent, coeducational day and boarding school for Grades K-12 in New Jersey. Among his achievements, he redesigned the school's admissions presence, focusing on brand marketing and approachability, and increased Pingry's K-12 yield rate from 73% to 96% in two years. Prior to his tenure at Pingry, Mr. Núñez was at Hebron, where he served as Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, achieving a record number of new students and overhauling the admissions strategy, as well as Director of International Relations and Recruitment. He has also held positions as Assistant Head of School, Director of Enrollment Management, Director of Admissions, Director of International Relations and Enrollment, and faculty member. Mr. Núñez holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong and was a CET Academic Program Scholar at Zhejiang University of Technology in China. He graduated from Middlebury College with a double major in Economics and Mathematics, and Chinese Language and Literature.
