Matti Donkor currently serves as the Director of Admissions at Phillips Exeter Academy (NH.) At Exeter, Matti serves on the Admission Leadership Team and currently leads the team’s communications and virtual engagement efforts.  Prior to joining the team at Exeter, Matti served as the Dean of Enrollment Management at The Madeira School (VA) and the Director of Multicultural and International Recruitment at Miss Porter’s School (CT).  While these positions have been varied, creating awareness and providing access to high-quality educational opportunities while building communities that are diverse and inclusive have been vital common threads. Matti enjoys thinking about how to personalize the admission process so each candidate feels seen and known.
