With over two decades of dedicated service in the field of independent school education, Christina has immersed herself in the world of all-boys schools throughout her entire career. Prior to joining University School, she spent 12 years at an all-boys boarding school, where she served as the Director of Admission, Financial Aid, and Residential Life.

Currently she serves as the Director of Admission and Financial Aid (Junior K-12) at University School in Cleveland, Ohio. Christina has spent the past 13 years cultivating an environment of inclusivity and excellence within the admission and financial aid office. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the school's recruitment strategies and ensuring access to education for all students.

Christina earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University. Throughout her career, she has remained steadfast in her commitment to creating opportunities for students to thrive academically, personally, and socially. Her unwavering dedication to the principles of equity and diversity has made a lasting impact on the institutions she has served.

An advocate for innovative approaches to learning and best practices in admission and financial aid, Christina prioritizes inclusivity, accessibility, and affordability. She is deeply passionate about her involvement with outside organizations and is excited to be attending the ERB Conference this year, where she will present on her two favorite topics—admissions and financial aid.
