Rohan is the director of enrollment management and financial aid at Friends Select School in Pennsylvania, where he leverages his extensive experience to foster an inclusive educational environment. An alumnus of George School, Rohan previously served as the director of admission there, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing diverse student bodies. He spent five transformative years at St. Mark's School in Massachusetts, holding various roles including assistant director of admission, associate director of admission, acting director of community & equity affairs, and associate director of admission & financial aid. His career began at The Taft School in Connecticut, where he excelled as an admissions, global service & scholarship, and multicultural affairs fellow.

In addition to his role at Friends Select, Rohan is a principal consultant with The Glasgow Group and a founding member of the National Diversity Practitioners Institute (NDPI). He is also the founding chair of My Brothers' Keeper: A Retreat for Men of Color in Education, reflecting his dedication to advancing equity in the educational landscape. Rohan serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) Commission of Accreditation and was chair of the faculty search committee for the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC), bringing over 20 years of faculty experience to the position.

Rohan's contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the 2021 Enrollment Management Association Rising Star Award, which honors new members and volunteers for exceptional engagement and contributions to the community. He was also awarded the 2024 Change Our Future Game Changer Award, recognizing professionals who have demonstrated innovation, leadership, and significant community impact in alignment with the non-profit's pillars of Health and Wellness, Education, Community Impact, and Youth Development.

Actively engaged in the broader educational community, Rohan is a trustee for both Newtown Friends School and Far Hills Country Day School. He co-chairs the Enrollment Management Association’s Enrollment Management Leadership Council (EMLC), contributes to the Admission Advisory Council for ASSIST, and participates in the Clarity Advisory Group and the Cradle of Liberty Council Nominating Committee.

Rohan earned his B.A. in African-American Studies with a minor in History from Temple University, where he was initiated into the Lambda Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He furthered his education with an M.S.Ed. in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Committed to giving back, Rohan conducts alumni interviews for undergraduate applicants, serves as a mentor in the School Leadership Program (SLP), and was a Tri-Chair for the SLP Alumni Steering Committee. He was also a member of The Penn First Plus Alumni Leadership Committee, exemplifying his ongoing dedication to supporting future leaders in education.
