Executing a high-touch admissions strategy with smaller office staff and identifying on-campus leadership opportunities for students was the story of the year. When our Enrollment Team transitioned from four to three people, we had to get creative to execute our admissions strategy. We developed an internship program that harnessed the need for varied leadership opportunities to support the needs of the Enrollment Team. What is working? What are we improving? What was the impact on our enrollment results and our student body?
