In this session, learn how Hotchkiss has used our CRM to provide interested families the tools they need to engage with us whenever and wherever they are, and to automate the process of providing timely feedback and additional engagement opportunities. All of this has allowed us to highlight our school’s character and exceptional customer service efforts, as well as realize significant efficiencies and improvements in our process.
