Across our world our understanding of the constructs that define aspects of DEI are evolving. Additionally, the Anti-Bias work we undertake to address the knowledge gaps in our school communities is limited We believe, now more than ever, that it is critical to have enhanced clarity on how schools can articulate their commitment to not only a fair and equitable admission and enrollment process, but are able to articulate the research-based benefits of a diverse community for all audiences. In this session, we'll give tips and talking points on how to message the work your office and school is doing in order to be heard by all audiences, how to align your team messaging, and how to ensure your process upholds your commitments to being equitable for every family.
