While there are a lot of robust and beautiful dashboard programs out there, some can have a high barrier of entry in terms of price, time, and/or technical knowledge required. This session will teach some advanced techniques in Excel and GoogleSheets that can be used with a lower barrier of entry to make your dashboards standout ... as if they were built in something like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI. We'll also talk about different data management strategies to use to make sure that you have the resources you need to be successful. Some comfort with basic spreadsheet use will be helpful, but this presentation will offer something for all levels. Participants will also walk away with a couple of templates that they can modify and use in their own schools to jumpstart the process back at home.
