During this session we will look at how removing unnecessary barriers of entry has helped improve new student yield, current student retention, and staff morale. We will dive into how changes to staffing structure, admission process, and admission software, can positively impact the experience of prospective and current families. When you leave this session you should be able to look critically at your own process and admission requirements to reflect on how and why they remain in place, and what those requirements tell families about who you are as an institution.
