Felicia has a genuine passion for connecting with people. With a background in Business Administration from Trent University, she embarked on a remarkable 15-year journey in sales and marketing within the consumer package goods industry. She contributed her talents to esteemed global organizations like Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, and Mondelez.

In January 2016, Felicia brought her leadership, business development acumen, customer relationship expertise, strategic planning prowess, and data analysis skills to Lakefield College School. During the past six years, she has been dedicated to expanding the school's international recruitment efforts, resulting in representation from over 40 countries within the student community.

As an enrolment professional, she has presented on multiple industry panels, was a 2021 EMA conference presenter, and sat on the CAIS Data and Research Committee. Her efforts to support the field of enrolment management earned her the 2020 EMA Rising Star Award.
