Felicia has a genuine passion for connecting with people. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Trent University and spent 15 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, honing her skills in sales, marketing, and strategic leadership with companies such as Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, and Mondelez.
In 2016, Felicia joined Lakefield College School, where she led international enrolment efforts that brought students from over 40 countries to the school. She has become a respected voice in the enrolment management profession, contributing to the broader field through panel presentations, EMA conference sessions, and committee work with CAIS. Her dedication was recognized with the 2020 EMA Rising Star Award.
Felicia began a new chapter in July 2025 as the Executive Director of Enrolment Management at Trafalgar Castle School, an all-girls day and boarding school that blends the inspiration of a historic castle with future-ready programs in leadership, STEAM, and global learning.
