Nadine has been in communications for over 20 years, stumbled into the world of enrolment management, and fell in love! She's been at Mulgrave School for five years, following a three year stint abroad which included Board work with the International School of Beijing. Nadine feels privileged to be a part of the EMA DEI Think Tank and is continually inspired by the work of schools that are challenging themselves to think and behave differently, in an effort to become more accessible and welcoming.
