Having been born in Chile, raised in Brazil, and trained in the UK (initially as a translator and interpreter and later, after a pivot in careers, as an early childhood teacher and specialist) I have a truly multicultural perspective both in my personal and my professional life which has fostered my deep curiosity about the world and its diverse educational systems.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in various roles within the field of education, from classroom teaching to educational leadership. For the past seven years, I have been working at Avenues’ São Paulo campus, where I have developed our school’s admissions practices for 18-month-olds through to 5th grade as well as the and financial aid program for the entire school.

My experiences have afforded me a unique lens through which I view enrollment management. I firmly believe that embracing diversity and multiculturalism enriches educational institutions and fosters inclusive learning environments.
