Andy came to SEEDS in the Fall of 2001 after spending five years teaching high school math at the Stratton Mountain School in Vermont. A 1994 graduate of Colgate University where he majored in Math and Economics, Andy spent two years after college as a US Peace Corps volunteer teaching math in Swaziland.

Over his 22 years, he has been given a wonderful chance to help grow SEEDS from supporting 60 students per year with educational access to its present form working with 160+ students in three different programs.

He currently serves as the co-chair of the advisory board for the National Partnership for Education Access (NPEA).
