Gail Kelley is the director of Enrollment Management at St. John’s Episcopal Parish Day School in Tampa, FL. Over her 20+ years in non-profit work, education, and school leadership, Gail has honed her craft in building strong relationships with an aim at strengthening institutions overall. Whether through introducing innovative and sustainable development programs or increasing enrollment through strategic retention and admissions efforts, Gail takes immense pride in identifying and seizing opportunities that lead to improvement and long-term growth. She is happy to share experiences with others and values the camaraderie amongst admissions professionals. Gail holds a BS in Arts Administration from Wagner College and an MBA in Management from Mercy University, both in New York. Gail lives in South Tampa with her two children.
