The transition from an admissions model to strategic enrollment management in independent schools is critical to the sustainability and financial health of the sector. Going beyond enrollment management to focus on advancement to engage students and families not only while they are enrolled but as they transition to alumni creates opportunities for fundraising, enrollment and overall satisfaction with the school. In this session, we will focus on how to transition the school leadership and key functional areas from an admissions-driven model to an advancement model built upon strategic enrollment management.
