This post-conference session is designed to ensure your ideas are not only captured but that they’re leveraged when you return to campus. Independent school branding and marketing experts from Mission Minded invite you to bring all you’ve learned throughout the conference to this highly practical, hands-on workshop and fuse it together to create a working outline of your ‘23-’24 strategic marketing plan. Beginning with “top of the enrollment funnel” marketing objectives of building awareness and stimulating inquiries, and then working through growing visits, increasing applications, improving yield, and maintaining retention, this session will guide and inspire you to develop the fundamental pieces of your plan. Marketing plays unique roles at every phase of the enrollment funnel, so for each phase, you’ll develop: ● Audience needs assessment ● Message must-haves ● Vehicle/channel selection criteria ● Goals for measurement You’ll leave this session with everything you and your team(s) need to begin ideating, developing, selecting, and quantifying the most effective plan your school has ever had. * Mission Minded is offering a follow-up Zoom workshop in October during which participants from this session can share their progress and seek support in finalizing their plans.
