The role of an enrollment manager is a complex school position that requires knowledge of yourself and your worth. Once rivals, Alex Halladay (The Northwest School) and Wellesley Wilson (Lakeside School), grew to be trusted colleagues and better friends. From this friendship, they have built a toolkit of strategies to help new and aspiring directors set themselves up for success. The presentation builds on findings from the SOTI to help participants advance their school and their work. Participants will learn how to strengthen essential skills, maximize time, manage relationships, and expand influence in their community.
