This session is about how to maximize your experience by finding your purpose, job satisfaction, and personal edification. From over three decades of engaging with enrollment professionals of color, observing how these institutions work, and experiencing independent schools firsthand as a person of color, I will share four key areas. The areas will include professional survival techniques, advancing the institution’s mission, job enrichment, and care-for-self. These key areas will help you develop as an enrollment management professional and maximize your growth.
