Based on the Harvard Business Review article of the same name, this presentation highlights the ways that enrollment managers can reach into the internal stakeholders of a school community to collaboratively build the school that we need. "Hidden teams" engage faculty, staff, and others in admissions work more deeply than the canned "everyone is in admissions!" start of year speech. The Head of Upper School and I will present on ways we have worked with the administration, board, and faculty to build support of the Admissions Office. This includes examples from working with the NAIS Strategy Lab team on demand-side innovation for enhancing enrollment.
