Leveraging Data to Support Enrollment Management and Strategic Marketing

The Center for Institutional Research in Independent Schools at Maret (CIRIS) hosts an annual Summer Fellows Lab to convene institutional researchers and data analysts around a specific topic. In this session, members of the 2022 Lab cohort will share the projects they completed in June around the topic "Leveraging Data to Support Admissions, Enrollment Management, and Strategic Marketing." Featured projects will include topics like creating interactive dashboards to track application trends, analyzing geographic and psychographic data to locate potential applicant families, using probabilistic models to forecast net tuition revenue, and connecting application information to student outcomes. Panelists will share strategies for how to locate and organize relevant data, tools available to visualize and analyze data, and how insights from this analysis can guide impactful adjustments to strategy.
