Name
Making Connections to Strengthen Community: The Foundation for Recruitment and Retention
Date & Time
Thursday, September 15, 2022, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Description

Every independent school depends on building and fostering relationships within its school and broader community in order to recruit and retain students and families. We will share creative ways we have focused on making connections and providing authentic experiences for the purpose of re-enrolling current students and attracting mission-aligned prospects. It would be easy to be complacent about recruitment and retention during this time of increased activity due to the pandemic. However, given how difficult it has been to engage in meaningful ways over the past two years, this work takes on even more significance. We hope that our session will help your team be proactive about strategies that will make a difference during times of both feast and famine! We represent a PreK–12th grade day school and will have ideas for effective community connections across all grade levels. What we will share translates well to boarding and day schools.
